Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery at siratstreetwear@gmail.com or on Instagram @siratstreetwear so we can assist you right away.

All returns must be sent back in unused condition—free of wear, stains, odors, or any damage that would prevent the item from being resold. Products must include their original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with them.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For both returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

If you’re uncertain about sizing, feel free to email us before placing your order so we can help ensure the best fit.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for orders placed in error or for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right by offering a refund, replacement, or store credit once the issue is verified.
